CivicPRIDE’s Virtual Inclusion Summit

CivicPRIDE is thrilled to welcome you to our second annual summit for LGBTQ+ local government professionals and their allies.
This four-hour, virtual event will include a combination of education and storytelling over dynamic sessions hosted by local government practitioners from around the United States.
If you are on a journey to make your organization more inclusive, want to learn about the experiences of LGBTQ+ professionals, and connect with colleagues to celebrate the conclusion of Pride Month, this event is for you!

P – Provide an inclusive space and networking group for LGBTQIA+ local government professionals and their straight allies.
R – Recognize the accomplishments and experiences of LGBTQIA+ local government professionals.
I – Inspire LGBTQIA+ individuals and encourage them to apply to leadership roles in local government.
D – Diversify local government organizations by advocating for LGBTQIA+ individuals and their inclusion and advancement in these organizations.
E – Educate local government professionals and organizations on creating an inclusive culture for LGBTQIA+ employees and community members.
